• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, BEXO is not responsible for food spoilage or delays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases of:
• Incorrect order delivered
• Payment deducted but order not processed
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Food & Allergy Disclaimer

• BEXO prepares food in kitchens that may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.
• Customers with allergies must inform us before ordering.
• BEXO is not liable for allergic reactions unless previously informed and confirmed.

User Responsibilities

• Not to provide false information.
• Not to engage in fraudulent activities.
